Assignment #2: Go on a style scouting

I love this assignment, gathering some data (pics) of my style. I began a new board to pin some ideas of what I am going for, Style Cure 2014.

And I have decided to cure my bedroom, so this photo inspires my design: We have the wooden beams, and I love the dark walls, with wooden/rustic details.

I love the hanging caged lamps with exposed bulbs, want to DIY one for cheap if possible?
